WhatHalf Brain Career Assessment was developed by Donna Day. Donna spent many years working for a major corporation using her Computer Science, Customer Service, Marketing and Human Resources skills. Her Human Resources training involved interviewing potential employees, working with high school students and developing the skills of college and trade school students. Donna attended Brain Dominance Seminars (left brain right brain).

Donna became so fascinated with the subject that she started to conduct her own research. Understanding how the brain works, Donna realized that she was not using her best talents to her career advantage. She began to use her knowledge of brain dominance to sharpen her own skills for a more successful future.

Donna started on a career path based on her brain dominance and has not looked back. She has tutored for the public school system and has mentored high school and college students. She has participated in the Big Brothers and Big Sisters program and received certificates as a prominent member of the Hospice community. It was during this time that she saw her nieces and nephews struggling with their college, scholarship and career searches.

Donna was determined to develop a guide that would help them, or anyone else, discover their best career opportunities. The result is the WhatHalf career assessment and aptitude test.
